Joe’s main responsibilities include guidance on the growth and direction of AimHire as well as review and approval of all key financial and operating decisions. He helped form AimHire in 2010 and his role is primarily that of an angel investor. Joe is a member of NISA (National Independent Staffing Association).

Joe has over 48 years of experience in staffing. From 1990 to 2002 he was the founder, president and CEO of a single-source provider of technical, financial and professional staffing and project management solutions for Fortune 1000 and smaller firms. Prior to 1990, Joe worked in geoscience and managerial capacities in the oil and gas industry.

Joe’s educational credentials include a BS in geology from the University of Dayton, an MS in geology from Ohio University and an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado. Joe is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a first lieutenant and aviation unit commander in Vietnam.

Joe is an avid golfer, fly fisherman and guitar player and frequently performs at open mics in Denver and Arizona. Joe and his wife live in Castle Rock and enjoy time with their children and grandchildren. Joe is a mentor in the Challenge Foundation, which helps smart, ambitious and hard-working students break the cycle of poverty through educational opportunities.
