AimHire has named Madison Kubera Vice President of Talent to lead AimHire’s Nashville recruiting team and processes.

Madison serves as a resource to job seekers at every level and assists them in finding the best role for their job search. She works strategically with AimHire’s account managers to provide excellent client service and helps emerging professionals navigate the right opportunities. Madison strives to facilitate the full-cycle hiring process by building relationships and problem-solving. Prior to her role in Nashville, Madison served as a Recruiter in AimHire’s Denver office.

Madison previously worked for the College of Business and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University in the advising department. She held various positions for the college throughout her undergraduate and graduate programs, including creating incoming student outreach.

Madison earned her MBA in business administration and management from Eastern Kentucky University, where she also studied communication studies as an undergraduate.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
