Yes, we have remote, hybrid and in-office work opportunities. Check the job posting to find this information for each job.

Do job seekers pay a fee to work with AimHire?

No, there is never a fee for job candidates to work with AimHire. Our goal is to match the best candidates with the best positions, and our fees are paid by the employers with whom we work.

How do I get started / register with AimHire?

There are a couple of ways to get started as a job seeker with AimHire.

• View our open jobs and if there is a position that is a good fit for your background, experience and interests, we encourage you to apply online.

What happens to my resume once I submit it to AimHire?

Once we receive your resume, one of our team members will review it and determine whether there may be a match for one of our open jobs. If there is a fit, we will give you a call to schedule a meeting to review your background, skills and career interests. If there is not a fit for one of our open jobs, we will keep your resume on file for when a future job opens up that better fits your background and skills. You can also set up a meeting with one of our team members by contacting us directly.

Will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?

No. Your resume will never be submitted anywhere without your prior consent.
