This week has been bittersweet for the AimHire office. Yesterday, we all met for lunch to celebrate the retirement of our dear friend and colleague, Mary Kimball. Mary has been with AimHire from the very beginning as our Director of Business Development. Her work has made everything we do here at AimHire possible, and her relationships with our clients are more like friendships than business partnerships. Beyond her incredible contribution to the company, though, Mary has been a kind, warm, welcoming friend to everyone she meets. Because of her presence with us, AimHire is a family. She will be deeply missed!

     Mary joined AimHire when it was just starting out four years ago. We had a few clients and were just beginning to develop our vision, our approach, and our goals for the future. Mary went to work immediately, leveraging her extensive experience to develop relationships across a variety of industries and helping people to understand how AimHire could serve them well. Her efforts paid off with excellent results. Today, we work directly with over one hundred of the best companies in Denver. Our rapid growth is largely due to Mary’s dedication, persistence, and skill. Our clients rightly love and trust her, and the warm, loving responses she received when she announced her retirement are evidence that she has made an impact not just professionally, but personally as well.

    Mary is an excellent professional and a reliable business partner, but here at AimHire she is so much more than that. She has been a mentor, a welcoming presence, a friend, and a neighbor. She’s been there for our best and worst moments and taught us so much about what it means to love others well, to treat everyone with respect, to maintain a positive attitude, and to be truly kind. The office won’t be the same without her.

    Mary, we will all miss you! You will always be a part of the AimHire family, and we wish you all the best as you set out on a new adventure.
