There is no better holiday to commemorate the value in our lives and to share the gratitude with family and friends than on Thanksgiving. If you ask people what they’re most thankful for, many will start with family. This includes AimHire employees. Indeed family is at its core founded upon unconditional love, patience, forgiveness, and support in one’s life. AimHire recognizes that our families are our strongest influence on who we are today. Without them, navigating this world would be hard. There is a deep place in our hearts for family. Around the office, AimHire also treasures:

 

• Good Health- A co-worker shares in open gratitude about the fortune of waking up each morning in good health. The loss of loved ones near and dear to her heart brings perspective to the fragility of life. Time is precious and she is grateful for experiencing this world each day as an able-bodied individual.

• Freedom-There is suffering happening all over this world and for us to experience laughter, joy, food, and safety is in fact freedom. A colleague was especially thankful for our country’s brave service members and whom risk their lives to keep this way of life. To add, we are thankful for having the freedom to work. For a company primarily being women, we are even more grateful to live in a country where women have the opportunity to be leaders. It is freedom of entrepreneurial spirits that allow AimHire to thrive.

• Culture- At AimHire, our mission is to help connect jobseekers with opportunities and to provide our clients with top talent. What cultivates this drive is the culture we have. We are small and that comes with a privilege of close team collaboration and getting direct feedback from everyone to constantly improve. We motivate, challenge, inspire, and support one another to be the best we can be and for that, we are thankful to work here!

A holiday that is proceeded with much richness (both in food and celebration) is a reminder to everyone that we all have something to appreciate, whether it be people or intangible things. As we come together on Thanksgiving with our loved ones, we are also coming together with those that may not be present and their ideas and actions that have impacted us in some way shape or form.
